Manual Handling

Overview

This course covers the principles and practices of safe manual handling in the workplace.

The course provides the required information and training for organisations to understand more about the numerous risks associated with manual handling, how to undertake a risk assessment, and how to ensure appropriate control measures are in place.

Certification for this course is valid for three years. To remain certified, delegates will need to retake the course before the expiry date.

Key Information

  • This course is half a day in duration.

  • To attend this course you are required to have completed a short pre-requisite quiz, this will be distributed to you prior to the course start date. Please bring a form of photo identification on the day of your training course. Please also inform the Greenlight team of any allergies/preferences, as lunch will be provided.
