
CITB Skills & Training Fund

If you’re a registered CITB company, Greenlight can help you access up to £25,000 of CITB funding to use on training courses for you or your workforce. Courses such as SSSTS, SMSTS, NVQs, and Health and Safety Awareness training are available as well as many more.
Whether your company holds CITB membership yet or not, we can support you in registering your business and managing all compliance paperwork requirements to ensure timely funding.
How it works
CITB-registered employers can apply for funding related to how many direct employees they have. It breaks down as follows:
Employers with 1 to 49 directly employed staff can receive up to £5000.
Employers with 50 to 74 directly employed staff can receive up to £7500.
Employers with 75 to 99 directly employed staff can receive up to £10000.
Employers with between 100 and 149 directly-employed staff can receive up to £15,000.
Employers with between 150 and 199 directly-employed staff can receive up to £20,000.
Employers with between 200 and 250 directly-employed staff can receive up to £25,000.
The funding can be used to cover the total cost of any grant eligible training courses. Eligible businesses can apply for the Skills and Training Fund twice in 12 months (but can only have 1 live project at a time).
