Lots to celebrate!

Kirk’s Carpentry Apprenticeship Journey Ends with Triple Distinction 👏

From meeting Kirk at a careers fair in Cabot Circus to celebrating his completion of a Level 2 Carpentry Apprenticeship, it’s been fantastic to see how far he has come.

We first met Kirk in 2024, where he stood out for his drive, character & clear interest in building a career in the construction industry. Now, 27 months later, he has officially completed his apprenticeship with an outstanding triple distinction in his End-Point Assessment (EPA).

Throughout his apprenticeship, Kirk has developed his practical skills, knowledge & confidence, preparing him for the next step in his career as a Craft Carpenter.

Completing his apprenticeship is just the beginning for Kirk. His next steps include working towards becoming a JIB Gold Card holder & gaining his SSSTS (Site Supervisors’ Safety Training Scheme) certificate.

It’s a great start to what we hope will be a long & successful career in carpentry.

A huge congratulations to Kirk on an excellent achievement. We’re proud to have been part of his apprenticeship journey & look forward to seeing what comes next!
