To mark the occasion, we welcomed Charlie and his employer, Gareth from Tavistock Plastering Services, to our Plymouth centre to celebrate alongside tutor Chris W and reflect on Charlie's apprenticeship journey.

Throughout the programme, Charlie has developed the skills and experience needed to build a successful career in the trade and is now continuing his employment with Tavistock Plastering Services.
