Learning & Development Practitioner L3 Apprenticeship

Level 3 Learning & Development Practitioner Apprenticeship - available in our Plymouth centre

Duration: Typically 18 months

Overview

Whether you're just starting out or already working in an Learning & Development (L&D) role or want to upskill or gain recognition for your expertise, the Learning & Development Practitioner Apprenticeship is the perfect next step.

A Learning and Development Practitioner plays a key role in promoting continuous professional development within the workplace. They possess a strong understanding of adult learning principles and group dynamics, enabling them to confidently design and deliver impactful training programmes tailored to individuals and teams.

Typically, L&D practitioners bring their own specialist industry knowledge and combine it with expertise in learning theory and instructional design. This allows them to deliver training that not only supports individual growth but also aligns closely with organisational objectives.
