Step 2
-
We will request that you attend a 2 hour interview and assessment.
During this session, we will assess your eligibility and suitability for the programme. This appointment is designed to help us understand your skills, experiences, and learning style, while also giving you the opportunity to learn more about us and the Apprenticeships we offer.
The visit will include:
Interview – An opportunity to discuss your experiences, motivations, and career goals.
Maths and English assessment – To identify any support needs and ensure you are prepared for all aspects of the Apprenticeship.
Learning styles activity – To explore how you learn best and how we can support you effectively.
Step 3
-
If you are employed
If you are employed and with agreement from your employer, we will arrange a visit to your workplace to complete the enrolment paperwork. This visit will involve both yourself and your employer.
Following enrolment, you will receive a confirmed start date for the programme, which will begin with an induction day.
If looking for an employer
Be matched to one of our employer vacancies for a work trial.
As an essential part of the recruitment process, a work trial with a prospective employer will usually last between 1- 2 weeks, and depending on the duration and individual circumstances, can be paid or unpaid.
A work trial helps you determine if the employer is right for you and you a good fit for them, and allows everyone involved to get a feel for what your work as an Apprentice will entail.
If you already have an employer interested in recruiting you, that’s great! Greenlight are very happy to vet them and make sure we’re able to work with them to deliver your Apprenticeship.
