Greenlight is delighted to announce that we have once again partnered with Seetec to help young people who are Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) take their first steps into rewarding careers within the construction and built environment.
Through our monthly 5-Day Construction Ready Course, we are supporting groups of up to 15 learners by providing the essential skills, qualifications and confidence they need to progress into a Foundation Apprenticeship and, ultimately, long-term employment within the industry.
Preparing the Next Generation
The Construction Ready programme has been designed to give learners a strong foundation before entering the workplace. Across five days, participants will gain practical experience, recognised qualifications and valuable employability skills, ensuring they are ready to make a positive contribution from day one.
The programme includes:
Health & Safety training
CSCS Card qualification
Practical construction workshop experience
Employability & resilience training
Progression into Foundation Apprenticeship opportunities
By combining classroom learning with practical activities, the programme helps learners build both their confidence and their understanding of what a career in construction can offer.
