We are delighted to be nominated for an ERSA award.

Our Construction Ready Course, run in partnership with Seetec, helps young people take their first steps into construction.

We’re proud to have been shortlisted for an ERSA award alongside our partners at Seetec, recognising our work to help young people overcome barriers and take their first steps towards a career in construction.

Through our Construction Ready programme, Greenlight delivers practical, hands-on training designed to give young people the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to move closer to employment.

The programme gives participants the opportunity to experience different areas of construction, develop practical skills and gain valuable industry knowledge — while working towards their CSCS card and getting ready for life on site.

Working alongside Seetec, we’ve been able to connect young people who are not currently in education, employment or training with a genuine pathway into the construction industry.

It’s a great example of what can be achieved when local organisations work together to create opportunities and help people build a future.
