We're recruiting 4 apprentices to work on a major construction project near Bridgwater.

You'll gain practical experience alongside qualified roofing & cladding installers while working towards a Level 2 qualification in Cladding Occupations.

What you'll do

  • Assist with roof sheeting, wall cladding & rainwater goods installation.

  • Prepare materials, tools & work areas.

  • Learn measuring, fixing, repairs & maintenance.

  • Follow site safety procedures, including working at height.

  • Develop practical skills while working as part of a team.

What we're looking for

  • Aged 18 or over.

  • Positive attitude & willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work outdoors, at height & as part of a team.

  • Relevant site safety training and CSCS card requirements.

  • Previous construction experience is beneficial but not essential.
Duration 24 months
Hours 39.5 hours per week
Location Somerset (Near Bridgwater)
Pay Competitive project-related salary, not apprenticeship rate
Additional benefits £41 per day tax-free subsistence allowance may apply for eligible lodging-away arrangements
Travel Driving licence beneficial, but not essential

Apprenticeship Details

Successful candidates must be able to complete BPSS security clearance, including providing three years of employment or education history and residence history.

Training at Greenlight's South Liberty Lane centre in Bristol may be required.
