All-Staff Day Success!

Bringing the Greenlight Team together!

Teams from across our Bristol & Plymouth centres, and every side of the business, came together for a day of teamwork, competition & plenty of fun!

Our staff sports day brought the Greenlight team together for a day of friendly competition, plenty of laughs & a chance to step away from the day-to-day. From taking part in the activities to cheering each other on, it was a great opportunity to spend time together outside of work & show off some skills (and a few questionable ones!).

Here’s a little look at the day…

The day was packed with team challenges, games, & a healthy dose of competition, with colleagues from across Bristol & Plymouth getting involved. There was plenty of cheering from the sidelines, some impressive performances and, inevitably, a few moments of questionable sporting ability! Most importantly, it gave everyone the chance to spend time together, have some fun & get to know colleagues from different areas of the business.

At Greenlight, our values are about more than what we do day-to-day – they’re about how we work together. The sports day was a great example of that, bringing people from across the business together to support one another, build relationships & enjoy being part of the same team. Whether we’re delivering training, supporting apprentices, working with employers or keeping things running behind the scenes, it’s that shared approach that helps us achieve our goals together.

One of the favourite challenges was the PPE challenge - racers had to dress quickly in PPE and then had one shot to hit the nail with the hammer. Check out the mixed results below!
