Role Overview

As a Groundworker Apprentice, you will support experienced site teams with a range of construction and groundwork activities, helping to prepare and maintain building sites safely and efficiently.

Typical duties may include:

• Assisting with drainage, concreting, and excavation works

• Preparing and clearing construction sites

• Using hand and power tools safely

• Supporting kerbing, paving, and ducting installation

• Following health & safety procedures on site

• Working as part of a professional construction team

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Aged 17 or over

• Physically fit and prepared for outdoor site work

• Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn

• Able to travel to site locations

• Driving licence preferred for some locations, but not essential
