What will you get?

Greenlight Safety Consultancy Ltd will fulfil the role of ‘competent adviser’ for health and safety to enable you to meet the requirements of Regulation 7 of the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999.

You will be able to name Greenlight Safety Consultancy Ltd as your adviser in your Health and Safety Policy and in all other relevant documentation.

Greenlight Safety Consultancy Ltd will represent you, as your health and safety advisors, in meetings with the HSE and other statutory standards officers (meetings at client head office only – additional charges may be made if required to meet elsewhere).

Greenlight Safety Consultancy Ltd will provide you with a certificate stating that we are the retained advisors for health and safety.

You will have access through us to our health and safety database of every health and safety Act, Regulation, Code of Practice, Guidance document from the HSE and other issuing bodies.

Telephone and email support seven days a week. This support is restricted to advice only. Supporting documentation will be sent if requested. Should the enquiry lead to more than 30 minutes of work by Greenlight Safety Consultancy Ltd then this work will be invoiced accordingly.
