The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 require employers to appoint a competent person. Greenlight Safety Consultancy’s competent person would fulfil these requirements. Additionally if you have internal support you could utilise our expertise for specialist advice or support.
